Emilie Goodall

Emilie’s interest in social investment dates back to 2007 and her time working at CAF Venturesome where she supported charities and social enterprises to access repayable finance. She advised Access at its inception on its total impact approach to endowment management, and joined as trustee in 2020.

Emilie works at Fidelity International, engaging with companies and policy makers on environmental, social and corporate governance matters. She brings impact, sustainable investing and blended finance experience from previous roles at FMO (the Dutch development bank) and Bridges Asset Management. She loves working in collaborative, multicultural organisations and has worked consultatively across industries to establish best practice standards, including at the World Benchmarking Alliance (WBA) and the UN-supported Principles for Responsible Investment. She currently teaches on the Said Business School’s Impact Measurement Programme and is an Affiliate with Forum for the Future, an international sustainability non-profit, where she advises on the School of System Change in Finance.
