Bayo Adelaja is the Founder and CEO of Do it Now Now (DiNN), a London-based CIC supporting Black-led charities, social enterprises, and businesses to achieve sustainable growth and impact. A recognised social entrepreneur and systems thinker, she brings extensive experience across policy, innovation, and inclusive investment.

Bayo currently serves on the Investment Committee of Access – The Foundation for Social Investment, contributing her expertise in equity and community-led impact. She has held board positions at organisations including Cancer Research UK, Royal Voluntary Service, and King's Trust International, and was awarded an MBE for services to entrepreneurship, social mobility, and financial inclusion.

A Global Changemaker recognised by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Bayo is also an MBA candidate at London Business School, supported by the Laidlaw Foundation.
