Dieko joined Access in 2023 as our Finance, operations, and communications officer.

Having obtained a degree in International Business Management from the University of Surrey, she has consistently pursued her interest in finance, investment relations and business strategy.

Her interest in social impact and investment stems from her experiences as a support worker for children with autism and ADHD, and volunteer work within social impact campaigns. Before joining Access, Dieko previously worked as a Grants officer in Frooted and participated in various finance-related work schemes where she worked on projects relating to social enterprise growth, investment opportunities, budgeting, corporate communications, and sales development.
