Local Access Greater Manchester (Bolton, Oldham, Stockport, Wigan)

Overview
Local Access Greater Manchester is run by a partnership of organisations from different sectors, operating in four boroughs of Greater Manchester (Bolton, Oldham, Stockport and Wigan). It is one of six places working to develop stronger, more resilient and sustainable social economies as part of the Local Access Programme.
A local infrastructure organisation in each of the boroughs oversees their element of delivery. They are aiming to deliver a step-change in the local social economy through a combination of enterprise grants and advice, affordable social investment and associated market development, awareness raising and partnership development activity.
Originally developed and overseen by GMCVO, this programme is now overseen by Key Fund, following GMCVO entering administration in 2024.
