Chris Welch is the Interim Director of Finance & Operations at Access. He will be in post until Chris Coghlan returns from his career break in May 2021
Chris W is a New Zealander who has been living in the UK for over 20 years, for most of that period working as a Finance Director in the non for profit sector – including 12 years at the Association of British Insurers. He is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
Chris is also a board member of Project MotorHouse, a charity in Ramsgate which produces youth projects designed to help local youths explore their potential and Deputy Chairman of Dame Kiri Te Kanawa’s UK Foundation which assists outstanding young opera singers with judicious mentoring, financial support and career assistance.
