
Simon is Chief Executive of Homeless Oxfordshire, the county’s largest provider of trauma-informed supported housing. He has over 15 years’ leadership experience across housing, homelessness, health, and social care, with a focus on driving transformation, improving governance, and amplifying the voice of lived experience in service design.
Prior to joining Homeless Oxfordshire, Simon held senior roles at Independent Age, Teenage Cancer Trust, and Shine, leading national services, grant-making, and partnership programmes. He has a strong interest in social investment and has secured funding from social lenders to support housing and service innovation.
Simon also serves as a Trustee of Homeless Link and the B&Q Foundation, and contributes to national discussions on homelessness and social impact through his work with the APPG on Ending Homelessness.
