Ipsita joined Access as a Programme Manager in 2026. She brings experience in impact investing, venture capital and investment-linked inclusion programmes across emerging markets.
Before joining Access, Ipsita led Technical Assistance Facilities for responsAbility Investment’s Sustainable Food Debt Funds, managing projects that supported climate resilience and sustainable livelihoods.
Prior to that, she was an Investment Manager at Social Alpha, an impact investor supporting social entrepreneurs in India. There, she managed a portfolio of climate tech and agritech businesses, helping them grow their operations and increase their impact.
Throughout her career, Ipsita has worked at the intersection of sustainability and investment, helping turn impact ambitions into practical action. Outside work, she enjoys long walks and spending time by the sea.
