Felicia is the Chief Executive Officer of Business Launchpad and Tooting Works, where she leads a unique integrated model combining social enterprise and workspace operations to support underrepresented young people across London. With over 15 years of leadership experience in the social enterprise and community development sector, she has championed equity, youth empowerment, and innovative approaches to sustainable impact.

Felicia has overseen significant organisational transformation, securing multi-year funding partnerships and driving measurable outcomes in enterprise support, employability, and community engagement. She is passionate about creating pathways for marginalised communities and building resilient, purpose-driven organisations that deliver long-term social change.
