Networks

Connecting and building a social investment ecosystem that benefits everyone.

Why networks matter

"The challenges communities face are complex. It takes a range of funders, investors, and support organisations working together to build an investment ecosystem that works for those who need it most.

"This page highlights the key networks we're involved with. They are essential to making social investment work better for charities, social enterprises, and the communities they serve. By building strong networks and partnerships, we can help to share learning, align efforts, and mobilise more funding.

"We either actively participate in these networks, provide funding, or convene them directly."

Collective Leadership Group

Founded in 2020, the CLG is a collective of over 50 organisations across the UK committed to enhancing the capacity of leaders and enterprises dedicated to advancing social and environmental change. The group offers a platform for sharing, learning, and collaborating with one another. Its aim is to create more coherent services, increase representation and diversity, and foster greater resilience and impact. Membership is free and open to all.

Corporate Social Impact Investing Network (CSIIN)

CSIIN is a peer network for corporate philanthropy, CSR and sustainability practitioners who want to explore social impact investing. The network provides a space to learn from peers, share experiences and explore how social impact investment can support social purpose organisations.

Through briefings, peer learning and collaborative workstreams, CSIIN helps corporate practitioners build their understanding of social impact investment and develop practical approaches that can be applied within their organisations. The network is suitable for both those starting their social impact investment journey and those with established programmes.

CSIIN is hosted by Funders Together and is a two-year pilot supported by Access – The Foundation for Social Investment, Macquarie Group Foundation and Collective Futures.
