Enterprise Development Programme Evaluation

The Enterprise Development Programme (EDP) ran from 2019 to 2024. It supported charities and social enterprises in six sectors: youth, mental health, equality, environment, Black and minoritised communities (BMC), and homelessness. 

The programme helped organisations develop sustainable enterprise models, diversify income, and build resilience. This evaluation looks at the programme’s overall delivery and its impact on participating organisations and sector leads.
