Rosie joined Access as Programme Officer in January 2026.
Before joining Access, she worked at the Sainsbury Family Charitable Trusts, where she supported two social investment portfolios focused on clean energy (East Africa and the UK), and on environment and social welfare (UK). She also contributed to endowment investment strategy and oversight for three trusts, developing a strong understanding of the wider investment landscape.
Rosie is a Charityworks Fellow, completing a high‑scoring impact research project on charity investment approaches and an ILM‑recognised leadership and management course.
She previously worked with the Argentinian women’s charity Fundación Mediapila where she provided business and finance support, translation, and coordination of educational courses. This gave her practical insight into the operations of small charities working in challenging financial contexts. She holds a degree in French and Spanish from the University of Cambridge.
