Neil has been Director of Programmes at Access for over six years, overseeing the external programme spend of our Dormant Assets allocations and our Endowment. Working with the rest of the Programmes team this involves reviewing, assessing, launching and then monitoring our blended funds and capacity building programmes.
Neil’s previous background was in Community Enterprise, including 12 years working for the national network body Locality where he advised and supported frontline organisations and developed national programmes of enterprise support. Neil left Locality early in 2017 and completed various freelance assignments for organisations such as Lankelly Chase, Power to Change, UK Community Foundations and Key Fund, before joining Access in September 2018. Neil holds a Masters degree in Community Enterprise.
