A qualified chartered accountant with extensive senior leadership experience across the charity, financial services and professional services sectors, Jo brings expertise in finance, governance, compliance, risk management and operational transformation.
She has held interim and permanent leadership roles with organisations including 38 Degrees, the DFN Charitable Foundation, DFN Project Search, Paul's Cancer Support Centre, Stryker Corporation, Jasper Capital and PwC/ Coopers & Lybrand.
Throughout her career, she has helped organisations strengthen financial resilience, improve reporting and governance, manage growth and deliver complex strategic change.
