NPC, our programme administrator, and its partners are delivering this 2-year programme, which consists of two strands:
- Pathway for Impact, which will build on existing resources to develop an easy to use ‘self-service pathway’ which charities and social enterprises can use to make a start on impact management strategy.
, an independent charitable trust focused on community business, are co-funding the Pathway for Impact strand. Our aim is to create an open, shared resource which is useful for – and used by – a wide variety of charities and social enterprises.
- Impact for Growth, providing support for charities and social enterprises seeking larger investments or contracts to develop their impact management processes, in order to increase their chances of success.
The programme will be co-designed by the sector to ensure it is user-friendly and reflects organisations’ needs. If you are a charity, social enterprise or community business interested in being involved in the co-design process please email . They also want to hear from you if your organisation is actively seeking investment or contract opportunities.
